Real Life Game Stats

Hey this is a very basic app I made. It works life a skill tree in a video game but in Real Life . One challage is that every time you do the skills you give yourself a point if you don't you give your self a minus point. An exemple can be going to the gym, if you went to the gym today and hit a very hard workout you give yourself a strength point.
